Turkey Creek Classic American Wheat

A solid American Wheat beer built on 2-row and layers of white and red wheat providing for the mouth feel and refreshing nature all wheat beer lovers seek. Willamette and Centennial hops make this a beer which does nothing but satisfy. Turkey Creek Pale Ale

This AWARD WINNINg Amber Lager style brew is consistently a TCB's #1 selling brew! Two-row and Munich malts give this beer a strong foundation. Add in Northern Brewer hops at precise intervals, and you have nothing but MAGIC! It sounds simple but is nothing but delicate and incredible and will satisfy any craft beer drinkers palate pleasure. IPAs

At the brewpub we brew a variety of IPA styles. The two favorites are Copperhead IPA and Cliff Diver DIPA. As might be expected, if not on your toes the Copperhead can bite you with little warning. A solid hop forward brew that features Warrior and Chinook hops flavorful and brite. A nicely balanced beer with a malty undertone that lets you know this bite will not be fatal. Cliff Diver DIPA is a jump of the cliff with a refreshing plung into the lake. Boldly presented hops including CTZ, Chinook, and Idaho #7. Expertly blended wit Munich malts providing the base. If you're looking for something a bit bigger than normal this is you goto!

Black Bear Stout

A very special and flavorful stout brewed on 2-row, Vienna, Munich, Chocolate and Carafa malts.Throw in Chinook and East Kent Goldings hops and BOOM! - a dark and beautiful flavor bomb. You cannot but enjoy the layers of flavor this beer will give you. Just like the resurgence of the American Black Bear in Missouri, this gentle but majestic looking beer can sneak up and surprise you.
